The results of the market research:
Our latest market research on ‘which sales behavior results in the highest effectivity on sales performance’ showed that sales have a strong preference (41%) for customer-oriented and empathetic sales behaviour. Expert sales behavior (consultative selling) also scored a considerable amount of the votes (21%).
The downside of this behavior is too little focus on the deal because the relationship is prioritised. Getting stuck in details also means that people are not sufficiently focused on new opportunities and possibilities. As a result, the productivity of sellers can decrease.
For some of our customers we have been able to solve this problem through the Sales Colors app. This has resulted in showing the ideal sales behaviour within the respective industry, leading to higher productivity with a higher turnover for every salesperson.
